I decided to do a face came demo for a few friends using my web cam this week. The more I talked about it, the more people said they wanted to see it, so I set up a chat at Delphi (http://delphiforums.com) in the Polymer Clay Central chat room. I was the "special guest". <snort> We started at 5 pm Pacific Time and ended at around 7. Here's what everyone watched being made:
