Haunted Lighthouse

This is the inspiration. The challenge was to make a prop,

any prop using a plastic bottle. This bottle held apple

juice concentrate, is 4 3/4" tall has 8 sides.

Putting in a light is going to be the biggest challenge.

Thomas taping together tubes and canisters. I started it but couldn't keep it vertical so he stepped in and fixed it. Bottom canister has sand in it, then packed with newspaper. Good ole masking tape

holds it all together.

I taped up Tubes/canisters (Pringles, tobacco). 6 layers of cut-up Diet Coke box was added to the bottom to widen it a bit.

Stripping. i put the first layer of newspaper strips over the whole shebang. Hoping to make the transition from bottom to middle more gradual.

I taped a plastic lid to the top for that walkway that wraps around the top. What do you call that anyway?
